Happy Birthday Chief!

London had her first trip to Dallas on Aug. 7th for Chief's 49th Birthday!! We had a great time, London was wonderful on the plane even though we had a 2 hour delay in Tulsa. She slept the whole plane ride and was wide awake when we arrived for all the attention she got from her crazy, but cute cousin Molly! Turner and Spencer came in from San Fran and surprised Chief on his B-day. It was great for me because i had not yet gotten to squeeze that baby yet. He was born 6 weeks before London so i wasn't able to travel to see him when he was born. A note to Turner's mom-i squeezed him until his eyes bulged!! :) We had a great time just hanging out at the house, you can't go many places when you have 3 little ones with nap and eating schedules. Vangie cooked wonderful meals and of course both babies loved her! Molly put on a dancing show in her tutu and had a pretty interesting dance partner....more pictures to come on that one!!

Baby Jackets

Check out this jacket at Best Dressed Child. Molly's Mom found this super cute jacket and i am indecisive about whether i should get it or keep searching. I need one really good jacket that London can wear to school every day. Love Patagonia, however they don't make in 9mo, which is the size i will need this winter for London. If anyone has any ideas send them on over!

Baby Jar Blankets

This is London's new blanket from Baby Jar!

I got the pink one below with the colored dots, however i want the pink and turquois one too. They are on the pricey side for a blanket, however very well made and super cute designs. If London grows to like this blanket as much as i do it will be her bapees and then i definitley have to buy a second one as a backup. Check them out they lots of great designs, burp cloths, bibs and more!

London's new sleeping position!! No more arms swaddled and most mornings when i go in she has her arms back behind her head like this. So cute, like she is sunny on the beach!! Waking her up in the mornings is one of my favorite times, she is not a moring person like me so i always have to wake her up each morning. So this past Wed i go in and was startled because she was on her stomach, scooted all the way down to one end of her crib! She had rolled over in the night for the first time and sleeping belly down. So no more sleep position or blanket in her crib now. London is doing great, still sleeping through the night and the Happiest Baby on the Block i must say!

4 month check up

Very tired after shots today, sleeping with bapees in the big bed!
So of course the shots were no fun, i think i cried more than her! but other than that she is doing great, length-25" (71%), weight 13lbs 13 oz (47%) and head 42 cm (73%). Her collar bone is healing well from beeing fractured doing the birthing process, still a small bump but doc said should be completely gone by next appt at 6 months. So next milestone is rice cereal and some baby food, they say between 4-6 mos can start introducing, but we are going to wait a bit on that since she is just now 4 months.

London's New Blog!

So this Blog was created to keep family and friends updated on London's life as she grows! She is doing great, we have her 4 month appointment today, no fun getting those shots:( I will try and post every couple of days with updates, pictures and of course on fun baby items Molly's Mom and i have our eyes on!!!
